Terms of Use
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the application “AkoTao Cast” (“the App”) provided by AkoTao (“Developer”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App provides text-to-speech functionality powered by AI technology.
You are solely responsible for any content you input, generate, or use through the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities.
2. AI-Generated Content
The App uses AI to generate audio content. Generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, inappropriate expressions, or unintended results.
The Developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any generated content and assumes no responsibility for its use.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you create using the App.
The Developer does not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights and publicity rights.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for:
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing the rights of any third party
- Generating misleading, harmful, or deceptive content
- Impersonation or fraudulent activities
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Service Availability
The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, system failures, external service disruptions, or other factors beyond the Developer’s control.
The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of the App.
7. Data Storage
No guarantee is provided regarding the storage, preservation, or recovery of any data (including audio, text, or history) within the App.
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from data loss.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
