1. Care Decisions

Water quality judgments, alerts, notifications, advice, day counts, icons, records, summaries, and similar information displayed in the App are reference information based on user-entered information, general guidelines, standards configured in the App, and device settings.

The App does not guarantee fish, livestock, tanks, aquatic plants, equipment, care environment, treatment, medication baths, additives, food, maintenance results, health condition, prevention of death or disease, growth, breeding, transaction value, or any specific result.

2. Seek Professional Judgment

If abnormal conditions, disease, sudden changes, death, water quality deterioration, equipment failure, medication use, breeding, transportation, quarantine, infection, accidents, or other situations requiring professional judgment arise, do not rely solely on the App.

You should check measured values, observe the aquarium directly, read product instructions, and consult specialty shops, veterinarians, research institutions, manufacturers, or trusted experts. You are responsible for your final actions.

3. Data and Records

Records, photos, backups, CSV files, and sync data may be displayed incorrectly, lost, duplicated, omitted, or become unrecoverable due to entry errors, device failure, OS or App defects, insufficient storage, iCloud or third-party service outages, network conditions, file corruption, user operations, or specification changes.

You should regularly verify important records and keep backups by multiple methods when necessary.

4. Notifications, Judgments, and Displays

Notifications may fail, be delayed, duplicate, or appear at unintended times due to device settings, operating system behavior, notification permissions, focus modes, battery settings, network conditions, time zone, or App state.

Water quality judgments, maintenance displays, calendar icons, day counts, charts, CSV files, backup contents, and other displays depend on input content and App standards. Their accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services or device features such as Apple, the App Store, iCloud, RevenueCat, email, camera, photo library, notifications, file saving, and cloud storage.

The developer is not responsible for outages, specification changes, termination, terms, privacy practices, payments, refunds, purchase restoration, data loss, security, or availability of those services.

6. Disclaimer of Damages

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the App, reliance on displayed content, incorrect records, data loss, delayed or failed notifications, sync or backup failure, third-party service outages, payments or purchase restoration, death, illness, or loss of livestock, equipment failure, transaction losses, lost profits, indirect damages, special damages, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, the developer’s liability shall, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, be limited to the amount you actually paid for the App. This limitation does not apply to any rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws or other mandatory laws.

7. Final Responsibility

The App is a tool that supports record management. It does not replace specialists, actual measurements, observation, product instructions, laws, or the user’s final judgment. Use the App as reference information and make final care decisions and responses at your own responsibility.
