Privacy Policy

1. Information We Handle

The App may handle information that you enter or select, including:

• Aquarium name, type, size, start date, status, and maintenance information
• Livestock name, species, quantity, introduction date, birth date, and notes
• Water quality, temperature, pH, TDS, NO3, feeding, growth, daily records, tasks, and notification targets
• Photos, thumbnails, and records associated with photos
• Notification, theme, language, calendar, iCloud sync, and other App settings
• Backups, CSV files, and information entered in inquiries or feedback

The App does not actively request your name, address, telephone number, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifier as part of its normal functionality. If you voluntarily include personal information in an inquiry, note, or other entry, the App may handle the information contained there.

2. Purposes of Use

Information is used to provide aquarium and livestock records; maintenance, water-quality, growth, photo, task, and calendar features; notifications and summaries; CSV export; backups and restoration; device storage and optional iCloud sync; Premium access and purchase restoration; customer support; quality, security, and legal compliance.

3. Where Data Is Stored

App records are generally stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, data may be stored and synchronized in the iCloud space associated with your Apple ID.

When you export a backup or CSV file, its destination and handling are governed by the file location, cloud service, or sharing app you select. Exported files may contain personal or sensitive photos, notes, and care records, and you are responsible for managing them safely.

4. Device Features

At your direction, the App may use the camera, photo library, notifications, email app, and file-saving features in accordance with operating-system permissions.

Images you take or select are used for App records and thumbnails. The App is not designed to collect your entire photo library.

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The App may interact with Apple, the App Store, iCloud, iOS, notifications, camera, photo library, file storage, RevenueCat, email apps, cloud storage, and sharing apps.

These providers may process purchase, device, diagnostic, account, crash, email, or other information under their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

The App does not sell or provide personal information to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, as needed for purchases, synchronization, or support, or as necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety.

The App is not intended to track you for advertising or sell user data to advertising networks.

7. International Data Transfers

When Apple, RevenueCat, email, cloud, or other third-party services are used, information may be processed by providers or servers outside Japan under their terms and applicable law.

8. Retention

Records on your device or in iCloud may remain until you delete or edit them, remove the App, stop synchronization, delete backups, or change operating-system or service settings.

Inquiry and feedback information may be retained as necessary for support, quality improvement, dispute prevention, and legal compliance.

9. Your Controls

You can manage records, photos, backups, notifications, and iCloud sync in the App. Information stored by your device, iCloud, Apple ID, App Store, email provider, or cloud-storage provider must be managed through that service or your operating-system settings.

10. Security

We take reasonable care in handling user information, but cannot eliminate every risk associated with internet communications, devices, operating systems, iCloud, third-party services, backup files, or user account management. Keep important information securely backed up.

11. Children’s Privacy

Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the App. The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without legally required consent.

12. Legally Required Disclosure

The developer may preserve or disclose information to the extent necessary to comply with law, court or government requests, investigations, dispute resolution, rights protection, fraud prevention, or safety requirements.

13. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised for App or third-party service changes, legal compliance, or operational needs. Material changes will be announced in the App, in the App Store listing, or by another appropriate method.
