3. Health and Safety

Avoid extended continuous play and take reasonable breaks. Stop using the App if you experience illness, eye strain, pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

4. Data and Availability

Play records, scores, settings, or Premium status may be lost, reset, displayed incorrectly, unavailable, or unrecoverable because of device failure, App or OS defects, user error, insufficient storage, network conditions, third-party service outages, or specification changes.

5. Purchases and Third-Party Services

The developer does not control App Store, StoreKit, RevenueCat, or other third-party service outages, changes, termination, payments, refunds, purchase restoration, data processing, or availability, and is not responsible for them to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damage arising from use of or inability to use the App, reliance on displays, data loss, purchases or restoration, third-party service failures, lost profits, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

This Disclaimer does not limit rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws.
