Terms of Use

1. Description of the App

The App provides a collection of mini games, daily challenges, play records, and related entertainment features. Games, rules, difficulty, scores, and available features may change through updates.

2. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the App.

The App’s software, designs, images, names, logos, text, and related materials belong to the developer or their lawful owners. No ownership is claimed over general game rules or ideas themselves.

3. Free and Premium Features

The App includes free features and Premium features available through a subscription or other in-app purchase. A Premium game may occasionally be available temporarily through a daily challenge or similar feature.

Prices, periods, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, payment methods, and purchase restoration are governed by the App Store, Apple ID, or payment provider. A subscription may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. User Responsibilities

You use the App at your own responsibility and are responsible for managing your device, Apple ID, purchase status, and play data. Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Violate laws, public order, these Terms, or third-party service terms
• Copy, modify, redistribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or improperly analyze the App
• Gain unauthorized access, alter data, use unauthorized automation, search for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the App
• Infringe third-party rights or engage in conduct the developer reasonably considers inappropriate

6. Game Results and Data

Scores, results, rankings, challenges, and other displays depend on input, device conditions, randomness, and game logic. Their accuracy, completeness, permanence, or any particular result is not guaranteed.

Play records, settings, and purchase status may be lost, reset, duplicated, displayed incorrectly, or become unrecoverable because of device failure, App or OS defects, user error, insufficient storage, third-party service outages, or specification changes.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use Apple, the App Store, StoreKit, RevenueCat, notifications, and other third-party services or device features. Each provider’s terms and privacy policy apply.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

The developer may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App for maintenance, failures, security, legal compliance, third-party service changes, or technical or operational reasons.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” The developer does not warrant accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, data preservation, or expected results.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damage arising from use of or inability to use the App, data loss, purchases or restoration, or third-party service failures. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

The developer may revise these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced in the App, in the App Store listing, or by another appropriate method.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without excluding mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the developer’s location as the court of first instance.
