1. Information We Handle

The App may handle game progress, scores, play history, daily-challenge status, settings, and Premium eligibility. Normal use does not require you to enter your name, address, telephone number, contacts, or precise location.

2. Purposes of Use

Information is used to provide games and daily challenges, retain settings and progress, provide Premium access and purchase restoration, address defects, improve quality and security, respond to inquiries, and comply with law.

3. Storage

Game progress, scores, and settings are generally stored on your device. The developer does not independently view records stored on your device. Removing the App may delete on-device data.

4. Purchase Information and Third-Party Services

Purchases and restoration may use Apple, the App Store, StoreKit, and RevenueCat. These providers may process purchase status, device information, diagnostics, and other necessary information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Payment information is managed by Apple or the applicable provider. The App does not obtain or store your credit-card information.

5. Notifications and Diagnostics

With your permission, the App may use notifications. The operating system or third-party services may also process crash reports and technical diagnostic information.

6. Disclosure and Advertising Tracking

We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, as needed for purchases or support, or as necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety. The App currently does not track users for advertising purposes.

7. International Processing

When Apple, RevenueCat, or another third-party service is used, information may be processed by providers or servers outside Japan under their terms and applicable law.

8. Inquiries

When you contact us, your email address and information in your message may be retained as necessary to respond, improve quality, prevent disputes, and comply with law.

9. Security

We take reasonable care in handling user information but cannot eliminate all risks associated with devices, operating systems, communications, third-party services, or user account management.

10. Children’s Privacy

Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required. The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children without legally required consent.
